Duties & Responsibilities:
- Product Presentation:
Setting up and maintaining attractive product displays, ensuring proper stocking, and organizing shelves to draw in customers. - Inventory Management:
Tracking stock levels, preventing shortages or overstock, and coordinating deliveries. - Sales & Promotion:
Implementing sales strategies, planning promotions, markdowns, and ensuring staff knowledge. - Data Analysis:
Analyzing sales figures, market trends, and customer behavior to inform decisions. - Collaboration:
Working with suppliers, buyers, marketing, and retail teams to meet objectives. - Customer Service:
Resolving issues and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
