Park Hyatt Doha is a refined luxury hotel located in the heart of Msheireb Downtown — Doha’s sustainable, cultural core. We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at Park Hyatt Doha.
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for supervising and managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared, cooked, and presented to the highest standards. You will support the Sous Chef in daily operations and team coordination, maintain cleanliness and organization in your area, and strictly follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
Qualifications- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and kitchen operations.
- Leadership and teamwork skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
