The ideal candidate will manage galley operations, plan diverse menus for crews of 30 to 100 members, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, proven expertise in Arabic, Indian, and Continental cuisines, and a willingness to work 6-month rotations.
