Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Cook with strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and sandwich preparation to prepare high-quality meals and snacks while maintaining excellent hygiene and safety standards. The ideal candidate must be experienced in preparing traditional Arabic dishes as well as a variety of sandwiches and light meals.

• Prepare and cook a wide variety of Arabic dishes according to menu and recipes.
• Prepare different types of sandwiches, wraps, and light meals.
• Ensure food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation standards are met.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, utensils, and work areas.
• Assist with menu planning and daily meal preparation.
• Monitor food inventory and report shortages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Accommodate special dietary needs when required.

• Proven experience as a Cook or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine and sandwich preparation.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good time management and multitasking skills.
• Basic communication skills in English or Arabic preferred.
