Educated Households is a higher tier household staff agency based in London placing lite educated private staff with VIP & UHNW families in the Middle East and worldwide.
On behalf of our Clients based out in Qatar we are seeking a talented Private
Chef with a highend hospitality background used to working within intimate private households able to craft dishes suited to the very tastes of this small titled family of four.
This Sheikhs family had a Private Chef for a number of years and the family was very happy having her on board as she would curate her meals factoring in the culinary tastes of the family. As she has now moved on to Australia the family is after a new Private Chef whose culinary skills would suit the Principals preferences be it lacarte menus or impromptu requests.
A Private Chef keen on both learning specific recipes to prepare & serve them to the family and being an innovative Chef would be much favoured.
The family wishes their new Chef to be already based in Doha Qatar.
Adhering to confidentiality is nonnegotiable in this role as the Principals do value their privacy.
The role is start ASAP.
Requirements- Experience with UHNW Principals.
- Outstanding culinary expertise.
- Strictly adhering to all kitchen protocols.
- Delivering culinary craftsmanship and ultimate efficiency.
- Checking food operations.
Checking inventories. - Promoting an orderly and hygienic kitchen.
- Maximising the family's culinary experience.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in this role.
- Culturally aware.
- An eye for detail being meticulous and highly organised.
- Excellent communicator.
- Not being fazed by last minute arrangements.
- Experience executing and developing top‑of‑the‑crust service to food amateurs.
- Innovative in the culinary field.
- Live‑in / out accommodation to be discussed with the family.
- Versatility in the role.
- Interacting with different stakeholders.
