Overview
Baker Assistant. The Baker Assistant will work alongside our experienced bakers to assist with various duties in the kitchen, including preparing ingredients, mixing and shaping dough, and assisting with baking and decorating pastries.
Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients for doughs and pastries
- Mix and shape doughs according to recipes
- Assist with baking and decorating pastries
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Prior experience in a bakery
- Strong understanding of baking techniques and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English communication skills
- This position is open to Indian nationals
- Accommodation will not be provided; candidates must have a valid biometric passport for easy travel between Doha and their home country
