Job Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism preferred
• Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel operations
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

As a Bus Runner, you play an essential role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly. You support the service team, maintain clean and organized dining areas, and help create a positive and welcoming experience for every guest.

• Set up and reset tables according to hotel standards
• Clear and clean tables, dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly
• Assist servers by delivering food and supporting smooth service flow
• Provide courteous guest assistance, including refilling water and responding to requests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas at all times
• Assist with banquet and event setup and breakdown
• Monitor and restock supplies such as napkins, condiments, and service items
• Report shortages or issues to the appropriate team members
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure efficient operations
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required

• Maintain excellent personal grooming and professional appearance
• Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues
• Provide helpful support to other departments when needed
• Carry out any additional reasonable duties assigned by management
