We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at LPM Restaurant in DOHA. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and motivated individual with a strong background in restaurant operations. This role requires a combination of leadership, customer service, and operational skills to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant.

• Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and decision-making
• Assist in maintaining high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness
• Supervise and motivate the team to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction
• Help implement and enforce company policies and procedures
• Contribute to inventory management and control procedures
• Address customer concerns and ensure a positive dining experience
• Collaborate with the management team to drive business objectives

• Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
