Job Summary:

The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring correct presentation and temperature.
• Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash or card transactions as per company policy.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Follow hygiene safety and service standards as per company and health regulations.
• Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate.

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a customer service role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

• Diploma or certification in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Service.
• Experience in hotel restaurant or catering environments.
• Multilingual communication skills (advantage).
