We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team immediately
. The ideal candidate must have previous hotel experience and be capable of managing a designated kitchen section while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and consistency.
- Manage and oversee the assigned kitchen section efficiently
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to hotel standards - Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet required standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in menu preparation and daily kitchen operations
- Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth service
- Minimize food waste and control portioning
