Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join at a luxury 5-star hotelin Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly and outgoing personality. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks to guests according to their preferences and company standards
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking and restocking supplies
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
• Take and process drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Create and recommend new and innovative drink recipes
• Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy and following company procedures
• Adhere to all alcohol serving and safety regulations
• Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming events, promotions, and specials
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience
• Perform opening and closing duties as required
• Handle any guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume establishment
• Strong knowledge of mixology and drink recipes
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus

Salary: QAR 3,000

• 18 Annual Leaves, 11 Public Holidays, 1 Birthday Off
• Vacation Ticket Allowance provided annually
• Alternate 2- & 1-Day offs weekly (6 days in a month)
