Job Description:
Barback:
The
** Barback
* * is an integral member of the Food & Beverage team, supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the bar. The Barback ensures that Bartenders have everything they need to deliver exceptional service to our guests — from restocking beverages and glassware to maintaining cleanliness and assisting with bar preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain bar stock by replenishing ice, glassware, garnishes, mixers, and beverages.
* Support Bartenders in preparing the bar for service and during peak operation hours.
* Ensure all bar areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
* Assist with bar setup and closing duties.
* Occasionally help clear tables or deliver beverages as needed.
Preferred
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred, ideally in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional appearance. Ability to stand for long periods and lift items up to 50 lbs.
