Our restaurant in Doha is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500, suitable for English-speaking individuals who are Indian nationals or have relevant experience in the region.

As the Restaurant Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Managing and supervising all staff members, including servers, chefs, and support staff.
• Creating schedules and delegating tasks to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Overseeing food preparation and ensuring quality standards are met.
• Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotions and attract new customers.
• Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and implementing training programs for staff development.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent leadership skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate should also possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Indian cuisine is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
