Restaurant Manager - Doha, Qatar (Contract)

A popular restaurant in Doha is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and manage a team of employees. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term employment.

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• Manage and train staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
• Create schedules, coordinate staff shifts, and handle payroll
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies to maximize profits
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues that may arise
• Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items and specials
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance and address any concerns

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume establishment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluency in English (Arabic language skills are an asset)
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

The salary for this contract position is 1000 USD per month.

This job is located in Doha, Qatar. Relocation or accommodation will not be provided for this position.
