We are hiring a skilled Baker to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You will also be expected to assist with inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized work area. • Prepare dough for various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods
• Bake items according to recipes and customer orders
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
• Decorate cakes and other desserts according to customer requests
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Keep work area clean and organized at all times
• Ensure all food safety standards are met

• Previous experience as a Baker or in a similar role
• Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes for different types of breads, pastries, and desserts
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
• Physical stamina to lift heavy trays or stand for long periods of time
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Culinary degree or certification
• Experience using commercial baking equipment

• Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
