Overview
The Business Development Executive – Leasing is responsible for driving leasing revenue by identifying, sourcing, and acquiring external residential properties within the Doha market for leasing purposes. The role involves conducting detailed market searches, engaging with property owners and developers, negotiating lease terms, and securing suitable residential buildings that align with the company’s requirements. In addition, the role focuses on lead generation, market penetration, relationship management, and end-to-end leasing deal execution.
Responsibilities- Identify, source, and acquire external residential properties within the Doha market for leasing purposes.
- Conduct continuous market research to identify suitable residential buildings and new leasing opportunities.
- Engage, build, and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, developers, and corporate clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms, rental values, and lease agreements in line with company objectives.
- Manage the full leasing cycle: property sourcing, marketing, client viewings, negotiations, and contract closure.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly leasing and acquisition targets.
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate listings across internal and external platforms.
- Advise stakeholders on market trends, rental benchmarks, and optimal leasing strategies.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, feasibility inputs, and leasing reports.
- Coordinate with legal, operations, and property management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover post-lease.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, properties, negotiations, and deals in the CRM system.
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-driven with a strong closing mindset.
- Good understanding of leasing contracts and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
