Leasing Consultant

In the role, youll be the primary point of contact for The Pearl Gates prospects who are on the path to rent or let their homes . Leasing Agent engage qualified prospects to help them understand how to secure leasing homes, list homes, rent homes, and negotiate real estate contracts. Alongside managing a pipeline of clients, youll work collaboratively to accelerate growth across multiple business lines, while maintaining a premium client experience.

• Communicating with sellers/landlords in an effort to get instructions
• Arranging 'market appraisals' and photographs for the listing
• Handling inquiries from potential buyers and tenants - Qualifying customers and ściining viewings
• Negotiating arrangements between the two parties
• Advising customers on market trends
• Making regular calls to all clients in an effort to establish long-term business partnerships
• In a normal day as a property consultant, you will spend around 50 percent of your time in the office networking and making appointments, and the other 50 percent of your time 'taking-on' properties and conducting viewings with customers.
• You must have a strong mentality and be well-prepared for this brisk market.
• Salary is on Commission Basis
