We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care, supervise junior nursing staff when required, ensure compliance with MOPH regulations, and maintain the highest standards of safety and clinical excellence.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols and international best practices.
• Perform advanced patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and accurately document clinical findings.
• Assist physicians in medical procedures and emergency interventions.
• Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide BLS/ACLS support.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.
• Supervise and guide junior nurses and support staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with MOPH regulations.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and preventive care.
• Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance reviews.
• Ability to handle high-pressure environments and emergency situations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 5–7+ years of clinical experience in hospital, clinic, or industrial setting.
• Experience in ICU / ER / Industrial / Corporate clinic is an advantage.
• Valid BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
• Ability to handle high‑pressure environments and emergency situations.
