The Mission We are recruiting a high-caliber medical professional from the Middle East's premier medical hubs for a permanent role aboard a luxury superyacht. Your core mandate is the 1:1 care of an 80-year-old VIP, ensuring precise health management while navigating the Eastern Mediterranean
. You will cruise through historic and stunning locations, from the Bay of Kotor (Montenegro) and Dubrovnik to the iconic canals of Venice
, maintaining a clinical sanctuary at sea.
The Team You will be an essential part of a top-tier medical department. The unit is overseen by a Lead British Doctor and supported by specialized Physiotherapists
. You will work within a rotation of Western-trained nurses, ensuring that you have constant professional support and a structured clinical hierarchy.
The Safety We recognize that elite care requires a rested mind. To ensure patient safety and staff well‑being, we operate a robust double-nurse shift system
. This ensures you have defined working hours and sufficient rest periods, preventing burnout and allowing you to maintain peak clinical performance.

- Education: Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is mandatory.
- Experience: 4+ years of postgraduate experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E).
- Language: Native or C1 English proficiency is required.
- Attributes: High emotional intelligence, cultural adaptability, and the ability to operate within a formal private household.
