The Social Media Strategist at Dallah Holding Media plays a key role in developing and executing digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen audience engagement, and support the company's media and content objectives. This role combines creativity, analytics, team leadership, and platform expertise to drive strong social media presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities 1. Social & Digital Strategy Development
  • Build and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to brand and campaign objectives.

  • Identify trends, audience behaviors, and platform opportunities to guide strategic planning.

  • Manage social media campaign roadmaps for shows, brands, and corporate initiatives under Dallah Holding Media.

2. Content Ideation & Development
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and engaging content concepts.

  • Oversee content production – photos, videos, scripts, captions, and creative assets aligned with Dallah Holding Media's tone and visual direction.

  • Collaborate closely with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.

3. Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
  • Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists, content creators, and community managers.

  • Delegate tasks, review outputs, and coach the team to ensure high-quality execution.

  • Work with internal departments and external partners to synchronize campaign efforts and brand messaging.

4. Analytics, Reporting, Monitoring & Listening
  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics and listening tools.

  • Prepare regular reports highlighting insights, trends, KPIs, and strategic recommendations.

  • Conduct brand listening to monitor reputation, audience conversations, cultural trends, and competitor activities.

  • Use data to refine strategy, enhance content performance, and strengthen audience engagement.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media strategy within media, entertainment, or digital-first environments.

  • Strong background in content ideation
    , storytelling, and platform‑specific content optimization.

  • Experience in team supervision or management
    .

  • Advanced skills in analytics reporting
    , social listening, and interpreting digital data.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and creative thinking abilities.

  • Familiarity with digital trends, platform algorithms, and emerging media formats.

Preferred
  • Experience working within a media network, production house, or digital agency.

  • Knowledge of social listening tools (e.g., Sprout, Talkwalker, Brandwatch).

  • Strong understanding of audience insights and content performance metrics.
