Job Description:

Performance Marketing Manager

  • Job Location / Work Setting: Doha, Qatar
  • Working Hours & Days: Sunday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM;
    Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Nationality Preference: Male, Indian
  • Driving License Preference: Not required, but will be an advantage if available

Looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can actively involve in planning, executing, and optimizing our paid marketing campaigns across various channels to drive high-quality traffic, leads, and conversions. You will own the performance marketing budget and be accountable for hitting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV).

Roles and Responsibilities Strategy and Planning

Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy to achieve user acquisition and revenue goals.

Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Forecast and manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across all channels.

Collaborate with the product and sales teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and product launches.

Campaign Management and Execution

Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across a variety of channels, including but not limited to:

  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
    Google Ads, Bing Ads
  • Paid Social:
    Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok
  • Display Advertising:
    Google Display Network, Programmatic platforms
  • Video Advertising:
    You Tube

Oversee all aspects of campaign execution, including keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and bid management.

Run A/B tests and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance, from ad creative and copy to landing page design.

Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Analysis and Reporting

Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Looker) to track and measure key metrics and KPIs.

Develop and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into performance marketing results for the wider team.

Conduct deep-dive analysis to understand user behaviour, conversion funnels, and the impact of marketing efforts on business results.

Optimization and Growth

Continuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency and scale, focusing on lowering CPA and increasing ROAS.

Identify and test new marketing channels and technologies to drive incremental growth.

Work closely with the design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that convert.

Implement and manage tracking and attribution models to ensure accurate measurement of marketing effectiveness.

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience:

    5+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, with a focus on B2B or B2C tech.
  • Channel Expertise:
    Deep expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads and Linked In Ads is essential. Experience with other channels is a plus.
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Highly analytical and data‑driven, with a strong ability to turn data into actionable insights. Proficient with marketing analytics platforms and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Technical Acumen:
    Comfortable working with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo, Salesforce). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Creative Mindset: A creative thinker who can develop engaging ad copy and collaborate effectively with designers.
  • Ownership: A proactive and results‑driven individual who takes ownership of their work and is committed to achieving ambitious goals.
  • Communication:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
