Job Description F&B Brand & Positioning- Own the brand positioning, tone of voice, and storytelling for each F&B outlet
- Ensure every restaurant has a clear concept narrative, target audience, and visual identity
- Maintain consistency with Swissôtel and Accor brand standards while allowing outlet individuality
- Develop and execute F&B marketing calendars aligned with revenue periods, seasonality, and business needs
- Lead campaigns for openings, relaunches, chef promotions, themed nights, and seasonal menus
- Work closely with F&B and Revenue teams to align marketing with covers, average spend, and profitability goals
- Oversee F&B content strategy across social media, paid campaigns, listings, and in-house assets
- Brief and guide designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies
- Ensure content is performance-driven (save-worthy, bookable, discoverable)
- Own accuracy, quality, and optimisation of all F&B online listings (Google, Tripadvisor, Zomato, The Fork, etc.)
- Ensure menus, imagery, descriptions, and reviews support conversion
- Collaborate with Digital & E-commerce Manager on paid and organic amplification
- Lead F&B-focused PR initiatives, media visits, tastings, and influencer collaborations
- Build relevant partnerships with chefs, brands, and lifestyle platforms
- Ensure PR efforts are targeted, measurable, and aligned with outlet objectives
- Track campaign performance, outlet visibility, engagement, and footfall indicators
- Provide clear reporting on what drives demand and what does not
- Continuously refine strategy based on results and business priorities
- Proven experience in F&B marketing within hospitality, lifestyle, or restaurant groups
- Strong understanding of restaurant commercial drivers (covers, menu mix, daypart performance)
- Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Strong writing, briefing, and storytelling capability
- High level of English fluency
