• Operate machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and CNC equipment to fabricate precision parts.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjust cutting speeds and feeds for optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure compliance with tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of production, materials used, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and production teams to meet project deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

• Proven experience as a machinist in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments and quality control methods.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and operation is an advantage.
