We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in the textile industry to oversee and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations. The role requires strong leadership, production planning expertise, cost control, and quality assurance to ensure efficient and timely delivery while maintaining high industry standards.

• Oversee daily operations of textile manufacturing, including production, planning, quality, maintenance, and logistics

• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization

• Ensure production targets are achieved in line with delivery schedules and quality standards

• Monitor fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing processes

• Manage and lead production teams, supervisors, and department heads

• Ensure compliance with HSE, ISO, and company quality standards

• Control operational budgets, wastage, and manpower efficiency

• Coordinate with merchandising, procurement, and sales teams

• Analyze KPIs, prepare operational reports, and present improvements to management

• Handle vendor and subcontractor coordination when required

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Production Management or equivalent

• Minimum 10 years of experience in textile or garment manufacturing operations

• Strong knowledge of textile production processes and workflow management

• Proven experience in factory operations, manpower planning, and process improvement

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience in ERP systems and production planning tools is an advantage

• GCC / Qatar experience preferred
