Entry Level Baker
As an Entry Level Baker, you will assist in the production of various baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes. No prior experience is required, but a passion for baking and willingness to learn is essential. This part‑time position offers a competitive salary of 1400$ per month in the vibrant city of Doha. Fluency in English is preferred, and Pakistani candidates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Measuring and weighing ingredients according to recipes
- Mixing doughs and batters by hand or using commercial equipment
- Operating ovens and other baking equipment
- Decorating finished products with icing or other toppings
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Cleaning workstations and equipment after use
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients (preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
