We are seeking a skilled Machine Embroidery Tailor to join our client’s prestigious boutique in Doha Qatar. This role is critical in delivering high-end custom embroidery on traditional and contemporary garments such as abayas, jalabiyas and uniforms. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in operating computerized embroidery systems executing intricate designs with precision and maintaining consistent quality across all pieces.

You will play a key role in transforming design concepts into beautifully finished garments ensuring client satisfaction through attention to detail, timely delivery and technical excellence.

• Operate and perform routine maintenance on industrial or computerized embroidery machines (e.g., Barudan Tajima or equivalent).
• Prepare embroidery designs, select appropriate thread colors and properly position fabric for stitching.
• Execute custom embroidery on abayas, jalabiyas, uniforms and other garments in accordance with design specifications.
• Adjust machine settings and resolve technical issues related to thread tension, needle alignment and design accuracy.
• Conduct thorough quality inspections on finished pieces to ensure precision, neatness and professional finishing.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and schedule regular servicing to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate closely with designers and tailors to bring customized embroidery patterns to life for clients.
• Manage production schedules efficiently to meet project deadlines without compromising quality.

• Minimum 35 years of hands‑on experience in machine embroidery and tailoring.
• Proven proficiency with embroidery software and design setup (preferred).
• Experience working with diverse fabrics including chiffon, crepe, satin and cotton.
• Exceptional attention to detail, creativity and advanced fabric handling abilities.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple embroidery tasks efficiently.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and time management capabilities.
