Factory Supervisor

Full‑time, on‑site role for a Factory Supervisor at our food manufacturing facility. The title supervisor will manage day‑to‑day factory operations, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and supervising production staff. Responsibilities include coordinating machinery operations, monitoring production output, minimizing downtime and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.

The supervisor will work closely with management, quality assurance, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth factory operations and continuous improvement.

• Oversee daily factory and production operations to meet production targets
• Supervise and manage production staff, shifts, and workflow
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP)
• Monitor and support machinery and equipment operations, coordinating with maintenance teams when required
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods
• Maintain production records, reports, and operational documentation
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce wastage
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements

• Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor or similar role in a food manufacturing environment
• Sound knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and ISO systems
• Hands‑on experience in managing production lines and basic machinery operations
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills
• Ability to manage day‑to‑day operations under production deadlines
• Good problem‑solving and organizational skills
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is mandatory
