We are seeking an experienced Pasta & Milling Factory Manager to lead and manage daily factory operations, ensuring efficient production, high quality standards, and compliance with food safety regulations.

• Manage daily operations of the pasta and milling factory.
• Plan and monitor production schedules to meet targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards (HACCP, GMP).
• Oversee raw materials, milling processes, and finished goods inventory.
• Control production costs and minimize waste.
• Lead, train, and supervise production teams and supervisors.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare operational reports and present them to senior management.

• Proven experience as a Factory Manager or Production Manager in pasta and/or milling factories
  .
• Strong knowledge of pasta production lines, milling processes, and related machinery.
• Experience with food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO, GMP).
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
