• Responsible for proper start up and shut down, as per Standard Operating Procedures for the Equipment
• Operate and maintain other equipment as part of multi‑tasking
• Ensure quality product; any deviations should be escalated to the production team leader
• Follow all safety requirements when performing work
• Responsible to ensure minimal unplanned stops
• Correctly fill out all documents related to operating parameters and downtimes
• Accurately and efficiently perform steps necessary to conduct flavor/package changes and proper shut‑downs to minimize downtime wasted resources
• Perform best practices in quality checks on line and equipment
• Set up machinery and ensure all production materials are available
• Monitor line for defective materials and perform any other related work in accordance with line quality
• Responsible to clean and sanitize all equipment and facility as required
• Responsible to complete operational checks on equipment
• Responsible to follow all standard operating procedures to operate equipment efficiently
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance department to maintain high quality standards on all raw and finished goods
• Take part in Pepsi International (PI) governed audits
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Be part of Continuous Improvement plans like TPM, M&W (Manufacturing & Warehouse) while being rolled out
