The role of the Product Manager in relation to e-services is to develop new products within the e-services banner. Understanding the market, designing, launching and raising awareness of new and existing products across the group are the core functions of the role, with a focus on International Remittances.
Responsibilities- Research the market to define and identify gaps for potential new products.
- Continuously monitor the existing product range to ensure it is performing in accordance with the group's strategy.
- Lead a team responsible for the implementation of e-service products, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyse multiple metrics, providing in‑depth reports and analysis around the performance of the existing product range.
- Identify trends or problem areas and make recommendations that align with the business strategy.
- Degree‑educated, preferably in a banking related discipline.
- At least 5 years’ experience in product management.
- Banking background and a solid understanding of technology related to the industry.
- Awareness of market changes and trends.
- Innovative approach, leading by example to keep the team informed of the latest developments and continuously seeking ways to integrate them into the group’s e‑services.
- Experience with International Remittances processes and frameworks.
