Director Strategy & Innovation (Qatari) Job Summary
The Director Strategy & Innovation leads corporate strategy development and ensures its effective translation into operational execution. The role drives transformation initiatives, oversees performance management and quality frameworks, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee the implementation of corporate strategy and annual operational plans.
- Lead transformation initiatives and change management programs.
- Oversee PMO governance and ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable outcomes.
- Monitor KPIs and organizational performance metrics.
- Drive quality assurance, process improvement, and innovation initiatives.
- Manage external consultants and strategic partnerships.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 10 years experience in strategy, quality, or transformation roles, including at least 5 years in leadership.
- Proven experience in corporate strategy development, performance management, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
