Jaidah Group is expanding its technical leadership team and we’re looking for a highly experienced Services Manager within the Projects Division.

If you are a senior professional with deep expertise in electrical systems and a passion for operational excellence, we want to hear from you.

The Services Manager will oversee all service operations related to LV/MV Switchgear, Transformers, Motors, Structured Cabling, Earthing, ELV Systems, UPS, and Data Center Solutions. You will ensure the delivery of safe, compliant, high‑quality, and profitable services, while driving strategy, standards, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all Services activities within the Projects Division
  • Define and implement service strategies, procedures, and technical standards
  • Act as the senior technical authority for service operations
  • Ensure compliance with international standards and local authority regulations
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, maintenance, and service methodologies
  • Support client engagement, service contracts, and long‑term maintenance agreements
  • Provide technical & commercial input for proposals and contract renewals
  • Manage budgets, KPIs, and service performance
  • Ensure adherence to HSE and quality management systems
What We’re Looking For
  • 15+ years of experience in similar service leadership roles within large or multinational organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of LV/MV Switchgear, Transformers, Motors, UPS, ELV, Earthing systems, and Data Center electrical infrastructure.
  • Experience with ABB and Siemens technologies (a strong advantage).
  • Proven ability to define service strategies, implement standards, and act as the senior technical authority.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • High commercial awareness with experience managing service budgets, KPIs, and performance.
  • Expertise in testing, commissioning, maintenance methodologies, and compliance with international standards.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer‑facing capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
