• Lead senior client relationships, provide strategic counsel, and ensure satisfaction.

• Attract top talent, nurture potential, and champion a strong people agenda.
• New Business Development
• Drive growth by positioning our PR capability in the market and winning new clients.
• Capability & Strategic Expansion
• Enhance current services and introduce new offerings aligned with regional and global ambitions.

• Proven leadership of large, diverse teams.
• Extensive PR agency experience at a senior level.
• Expertise across Corporate & Consumer PR, Influence, First Earned Campaigns, Risk & Crisis Management, and Public Affairs.
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of revenue growth.
• Gravitas to engage and advise C-suite clients.
• Operational excellence and experience driving modern, efficient ways of working.
• Passion for people development and agency-wide talent growth.
• Middle East market experience is a strong advantage.
