Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Doha, Qatar, for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee day‑to‑day relocation operations, coordinate with team members to ensure timely project completion, and maintain quality standards. The role also involves managing schedules, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and serving as a point of contact for clients to address any concerns or provide updates on project progress.

Qualifications- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate teams during relocation projects.
- Qatar Driving Licence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Organizational and time management abilities to oversee schedules, ensure deadlines are met, and manage project deliverables.
- Experience and knowledge in logistics, relocation services, or similar fields, including storage and furniture installation projects.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and operational protocols in the relocation or logistics industry.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for managing project documentation and communication.
- Flexible and adaptable to dynamic work conditions and requirements.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a similar industry is an advantage.
