The Head of Strategy Execution Office is accountable for leading the Bank’s central transformation engine. The role ensures disciplined delivery of strategic priorities across all Business Units and Support Functions by fostering enterprise-wide governance, execution cadence, and performance transparency.

Acting as the Bank’s strategy execution control tower, the role owns end-to-end oversight of strategic initiatives, enforces execution discipline, and enables fast decision-making, issue escalation, and value realization across the organization.

• Operate the Strategy Execution Office as a central unit driving strategy execution across the bank ensuring the right operating rhythm
• Oversee the execution “machine,” including:
  Governance structures and decision forums; and Strategic reporting mechanism to track operational progress, financial impact and risk mitigation
• Act as a strategic advisor for special projects to support C-Level Executives
• Support the GCEO in Executive and Investor communication

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Banking/Commerce/Management/Strategy/Economics
• Master’s degree or equivalent will be an added advantage

• 15+ years of experience in strategy execution, enterprise transformation, or large-scale change delivery
• Strong knowledge of commercial banking or financial services (GCC experience highly preferred)
• Proven experience operating at CEO / EXCO level
• Prior management consulting or internal strategy leadership experience strongly preferred
