Sika is embarking on the construction of a new plant and the consolidation of its existing sites in Qatar. We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and oversee the full cycle of these strategic projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of industrial construction, and proven project management experience to ensure timely, cost‑efficient, and safe delivery in line with Sika's global standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership & Planning
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of the new plant construction and site consolidation projects.
- Develop and manage detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders百科, local, regional, and global teams and external partners (consultants, contractors, suppliers).
- Execution & Supervision
- Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, Sika standards, local regulations, and HSE requirements.
