Chief Operating Officer

Are you a visionary leader with a proven track record in delivering complex construction projects across the GCC? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale operations for a prominent player in the regions civil contracting industry.

As COO, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, operational strategy, resource planning, and cross-functional leadership to drive excellence, efficiency, and growth across multiple high-value developments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the operational and strategic delivery of large-scale civil construction projects
• Drive performance across engineering, planning, procurement, HSE, QA / QC and site operations
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget and quality standards
• Manage a diverse workforce and subcontractor ecosystem across multiple sites
• Optimize processes and implement best-in-class systems and controls
• Collaborate closely with the executive leadership team on business strategy, project pipeline, and client relations

What Were Looking For :

• 20+ years of progressive experience in the civil construction sector (not infrastructure)
• Strong regional exposure with a solid understanding of GCC construction market dynamics
• Background with leading Tier 1 contractors known for complex, high-value building projects
• Proven leadership in operational scale-up and delivery of major developments
• Exceptional stakeholder management, team leadership, and P&L acumen
