- Ensure projects comply with Worley HSE Management system.
- Formulate proactive HSE initiatives and programs.
- Promote worldclass health safety and environmental performance.
- Develop and implement systems to minimize environmental impact and manage recovery from incidents.
- Implement new company systems and capability enhancements.
- Identify and address areas for improvement.
- Grow project delivery capability.
- Manage client requirements and stakeholder needs effectively.
- Participate in customer meetings.
- Supervise and coach project delivery personnel.
- Monitor project trends and take remedial action.
- Ensure regular accurate reporting for all projects.
- Conduct monthly reviews of project status and health.
- Enhance project service capabilities.
- Develop digital delivery capability.
- Ensure consistency across project service elements.
- Ensure projects comply with Worley Project Management Process (WPMP) and General Management System (EMS).
- Train personnel to use EMS and WPMP.
- Continuously improve project management systems and processes.
- Develop workload plans aligned to location strategy.
- Balance GDC/GID employment.
- Chair communication and coordination forums.
- Foster a sense of longterm home for project personnel.
- Implement personal development plans and performance management programs.
- Develop a training budget.
- Provide WPMP training for new starters.
- Offer mentoring for career development.
- Extensive technical and project delivery handson experience
- Commercial experience with various models (Fixed price reimbursable unit rates etc.)
- Proven ability in leading multidiscipline activities
- Substantial experience and track record in managing projects
- Experience in managing portfolios or projects and teams of project engineers/project managers
- Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management in a project environment
- Experience in LNG required
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrable experience in reporting and performance
- Approximately 20 years minimum industry experience (primarily LNG Upstream and/or downstream greenfield and brownfield)
- Understands business value delivery profitability drivers and growth.
- Capable of making difficult decisions and managing others in changing conditions.
- Excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Strong planning goal setting and resource management abilities.

- A recognized Bachelor degree from an accredited university or equivalent qualification/experience.
- Postgraduate qualifications in the relevant discipline; management or supervisory qualifications or equivalent.
- Eligible for Certified Practicing Project Director (CPPD) certification or equivalent
