Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive facilities plans to optimize space utilization, considering future growth and changing business needs.
- Conduct regular assessments of facilities to identify maintenance requirements and potential areas for improvement.
- Oversee and manage contractors and vendors involved in facilities projects, ensuring quality of work and adherence to timelines.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of facilities assets, maintenance schedules, and project documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations related to facilities management.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in planning and scheduling Soft Services activities.
- Strong understanding of facilities management principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
