Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, disaster management, engineering, business administration, or safety & risk management.
- Associate Emergency Managers (AEM) Designation.
- Incident Command System Level .
- Incident Command System Train-The-Trainer (TOT) Instructional Certification for IC 100 & 200.
- Petroleum Industry Training Organisation (OPITO) Major Emergency Management Initial Response Training (MEMIR).
- 8 years of experience in Emergency Response/Crisis Management, with at least 3 years in supervisory roles within large oil and gas organisations.
- Demonstrated experience in tactical and strategic leadership roles across a variety of crisis incidents.
- Wide‑range knowledge of crisis/incident command management and control systems, including organisational crisis management competency delivery mechanisms.
- Technical and Business
Skills:- Computer‑literate, familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and spoken English; confident and clear presentation development and delivery.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
