Crisis Management Lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, disaster management, engineering, business administration, or safety & risk management.
• Associate Emergency Managers (AEM) Designation.
• Incident Command System Level .
• Incident Command System Train-The-Trainer (TOT) Instructional Certification for IC 100 & 200.
• Petroleum Industry Training Organisation (OPITO) Major Emergency Management Initial Response Training (MEMIR).
• 8 years of experience in Emergency Response/Crisis Management, with at least 3 years in supervisory roles within large oil and gas organisations.
• Demonstrated experience in tactical and strategic leadership roles across a variety of crisis incidents.
• Wide‑range knowledge of crisis/incident command management and control systems, including organisational crisis management competency delivery mechanisms.
• Technical and Business
  
  Skills:
  • Computer‑literate, familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and spoken English; confident and clear presentation development and delivery.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
