Luxury Jobs is a leading recruitment agency specializing in the placement of high-end professionals in the luxury industry. Our client, a prestigious family based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PA House Manager (Female) to join their household staff.

Job Overview:
As a PA House Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the family's household, ensuring the smooth running of all aspects of their home. You will work closely with the family members and other household staff to provide exceptional service and maintain the highest standards of luxury living.

• Manage all household staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Oversee the household budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented
• Coordinate and manage household schedules, including appointments, events, and travel arrangements
• Maintain inventory and manage household supplies, including groceries, household products, and other necessities
• Plan and organize special events and parties, including guest lists, invitations, and catering arrangements
• Ensure the household is kept in immaculate condition, including overseeing housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance services
• Act as a liaison between the family and external service providers, such as contractors, vendors, and suppliers
• Handle personal errands and tasks for the family as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a PA House Manager or similar role in a high-end household
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to manage budgets and expenses
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
• Must be willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar and have a valid passport
