Facilities Manager

The Facility Manager is responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of all company facilities. This role ensures that buildings, utilities, and support services are well maintained, cost-effective, and compliant with health, safety, and regulatory standards, while supporting smooth day-to-day business operations.

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and utilities.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and other systems.
• Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.
• Develop and manage facility budgets, control costs, and approve expenditures.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify risks, defects, and improvement opportunities.
• Handle space planning, office moves, renovations, and fit‑out projects.
• Manage security, cleaning, waste management, and landscaping services.
• Maintain accurate documentation, contracts, service records, and compliance reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for facility‑related issues and emergencies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in facilities or property management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and safety regulations.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and service‑level agreements (SLAs).
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems (CMMS preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Budgeting and cost‑control expertise.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
