Bachelor’s degree in emergency management, disaster management, engineering, business administration, or safety & risk management.
- Associate Emergency Managers (AEM) Designation.
- Incident Command System Level .
- Incident Command System Train-The-Trainer (TOT) Instructional Certification for ICS 100 & 200.
- Petroleum Industry Training Organisation (OPITO) Major Emergency Management Initial Response Training (MEMIR).
- 8 years of experience in the field of Emergency Response/Crisis Management with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within large oil and gas organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in tactical and strategic leadership roles within varying types of crisis incidents.
- Wide-ranging knowledge of crisis/incident command management and control systems including organizational crisis management competency delivery mechanisms.
Technical and Business
Skills:
- Computer literate, familiar working with Microsoft office applications.
- Strong written and spoken English; confident and clear presentation development and delivery.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
