About the Role — Chief of StaffThe Chief of Staff is the CEO’s strategic and operational extension.
You will bring structure, clarity, alignment, and follow-through to every part of the organization.
This is not an administrative role.
It is a systems, strategy, communication, and execution role for someone with exceptional capability.
There is no minimum experience requirement.
We hire based on intelligence, communication quality, discipline, and maturity.

Key Responsibilities Organizational Structure & Governance- Work with the CEO to design organizational architecture, reporting lines, and role clarity.
- Implement governance frameworks, SOPs, approval flows, and escalation paths.
- Ensure the company runs on structured processes, not verbal chaos.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards across all business units.
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports for the CEO.
- Ensure leaders are accountable to targets and timelines.
- Coordinate with department heads across Delivery, Fulfillment, Technology, Finance, Commercial, and HR.
- Translate high-level strategy into clear execution plans.
- Ensure alignment across teams during Pass’s expansion into MENA.
- Establish follow-up systems to ensure decisions are implemented.
- Monitor bottlenecks and drive corrective action.
- Maintain clarity and urgency across the organization.
- Prepare briefs, strategic summaries, and decision documents for the CEO.
- Ensure internal communication is clear, structured, and consistent.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and precision.
- Support HR in performance evaluations, hiring pipelines, and organizational discipline.
- Assist in shaping culture, standards, and communication norms across the company.
- Structure the CEO’s workflow, agenda, and priorities.
- Join key internal and external meetings.
- Ensure all action items are translated into outcomes.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking.
