Sales Manager job vacancy in Doha Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful sales teams and have a passion for exceeding targets. The successful applicant must be able to plan and execute sales strategies and have the drive to motivate their team.
Responsibilities- Developing and executing sales plans and strategies in order to meet or exceed targets
- Monitoring performance metrics, including sales volume, market share, customer satisfaction and KPIs
- Managing a team of sales staff to ensure that they are properly trained and motivated
- Developing relationships with key clients in order to build long-term partnerships
- Overseeing the planning and execution of promotional activities
- Analyzing customer feedback in order to suggest improvements or changes in strategy
- Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a managerial role within the sales sector
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire their team
- Strong communication, organizational, problem solving, time management and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic is highly desirable but not essential.
