The incumbent will support and carry out maintenance works (electrical, A/C, plumbing, furniture, office equipment, etc.) at all of the Group’s local premises.
Main Responsibilities- Shareholder & Financial: support and carry out all maintenance duties to prevent financial losses due to property malfunction or damage; implement KPIs and best practices for Facilities Management; promote cost consciousness and efficiency, enhance productivity, minimize cost, avoid waste, and optimise benefits for the bank; act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent.
- Customer (Internal & External): perform maintenance services for all Group’s departments and branches as required; assist customers with queries on Bank’s product and seek solutions to their requests; maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to improve turn‑around time; build and maintain effective relationships with related departments and units; provide timely and accurate data to external and internal auditors, compliance, financial control and risk when required.
- Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory): carry out maintenance works in respect of Electrical, A/C, plumbing, building maintenance, furniture, etc., at all premises and ATM locations; support delivery of scheduled and emergency maintenance to all equipment and electrical/mechanical systems; log complaints/maintenance requests; perform daily and weekly maintenance rounds; respond to emergency requests; investigate complaints of faulty or damaged equipment and repair minor issues;
document parts requirements and request approvals; coordinate external service providers as needed; obtain higher approval for all major works. - Learning & Knowledge: participate in training of equipment maintenance/operation procedures; provide instructions and training to assigned persons for operating equipment; maintain a good understanding of various equipment and best practices; perform complex maintenance tasks and prioritize activities; identify professional development opportunities; stay current with developments in the field.
- Legal, Regulatory, and Risk Framework Responsibilities: comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements, including AML & CTF, sanctions, data protection, fraud control, whistle‑blowing, conflict of interest and insider dealing policies; perform role under Three Lines of Defence to identify, monitor, manage, report risks; ensure systematic good client outcomes under Conduct Risk policy; support RCSA, KRI, incident reporting and remediation under operational risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Technical diploma in the relevant field (Electrical, A/C, plumbing, etc.)
- No previous experience required; entry‑level role.
