Job Description- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on kitchen and laundry equipment (e.g., ovens, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, steam presses).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines during repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with the Engineering team for scheduled servicing and emergency repairs.
- Respond quickly to guest and operational requests related to kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Assist in energy‑saving initiatives and equipment optimization.
- Min. 2 years experience in a similar rolein a five‑star Hotel brand
- Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of safety procedures.
- Able to communicate in English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
