- Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities
- Develop and manage maintenance work orders using a CMMS, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritization, and closure
- Analyze maintenance data to generate reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards
- Prepare maintenance schedules, weekly and monthly plans, and resource forecasts
- Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and maintenance performance tracking
- Coordinate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks
- Monitor equipment history, maintenance trends, and failure data to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and reports
- Support inventory and spare parts management by identifying material requirements and coordinating availability
- Ensure maintenance planning aligns with safety, quality, and operational standards
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in maintenance planning or a similar maintenance role
- Excellent computer skills
, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, reporting) - Strong experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) for work order planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to analyze maintenance data and generate accurate reports and KPIs
- Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills
- Good understanding of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices – preferred with maintenance experience
- Strong English written and speaking
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of inventory and spare parts management is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
