Legal Expert
We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Expert to join our organization and provide strategic legal support across a range of administrative and corporate matters.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Minimum of 15 years of documented legal experience
- Proven experience in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and memoranda of understanding
- Prior experience working with government and semi-governmental entities is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of organizational and administrative practices
- In-depth familiarity with applicable laws and regulations, particularly:
- Qatar Tenders Law
- Qatar Labor Law
- Qatar Administrative Laws
- Demonstrated expertise in legal compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Specialized knowledge related to administrative decisions and procedures
- Ability to provide legal consultations, advisory services, and corporate governance support
- High proficiency in preparing official legal correspondence, responses, and legal memoranda
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
