Motor Claims Executive

Seib Insurance and Reinsurance - Qatar, is looking for a Motor Claims Executive to join its growing team. The candidate will support the team with daily motor claims operations, including claims registration, document review, reporting, and follow-ups with customers.

• Completing hiring process within defined metrics to minimize overall time-to-start.
• Assist the Motor Claims Manager with daily motor claims registration and basic processing.
• Review standard motor claims documents and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date claims records, files, and system entries.
• Coordinate with garages to follow up on repairs, approvals, and invoice clarifications.
• Liaise regularly with recovery insurance companies to track and resolve outstanding claims.
• Communicate proactively with insured clients and third parties, addressing queries and escalating issues when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth claims workflow and timely resolution.
• Prepare routine claims reports and extract data to support analysis and decision-making.
• Ensure proper handling, safe custody, and organization of physical claims files.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Experience in the Motor Industry preferred with knowledge of motor policies and motor claims assessment
• Fluency in Arabic, English
